Dorothy E. Zemach Hi, does the table of contents need to be hyperlinked internally to the relevant sections? Is it done manually?

    For Smashwords you have to do it manually. Vellum, I found, does it for you!

    Vicky Saumell, you can also upload to Draft2Digital, grab their epub, and then upload that to Smashwords. :) They'll make a nice TOC for you, and you can check it online, too.

Hi everyone!

Hi everyone! I'm an ELT writer, based in Ecuador. I've had more than 25 books published, mostly primary course books, but also secondary and adult.
