Here is the link to the first section of my WIP. It is a manual to go with a chapter from a English business text book to help prepare university students to study abroad. There are 8 learning objectives in the chapter. This covers the introduction and the first objective. One of the problems I find with my students is that they read, and many times can repeat parts of the book, but don't really understand what it means or think critically about the information. One of my main goals is to push students beyond memorizing a definition. I am also trying to include activities that will require them to do research in English on their own.
